I took the Career Quest quiz to show me what career I could be doing. Last week on friday we are starting to learn about careers. We choose 3 careers we would like to do and we could pick one of them as our job. For my job I have chosen to be a game developer. For this job I need to gain a high coding experience. For that to happen I have to have at least 2 - 3 years of experiencing the coding and how to make my own. If I want to start a game I to plan out what console or PC or any other game console i could join.

Periscope
L.I. To explain how periscopes work
Mr Johnston came and taught us that periscopes are how they are used and who uses them. We found out tht the angleof incidence equaks the angle of reflection. That means if the light hits the mirror at 45 degrees it reflects the light back at 45 degrees. It was fun because we got to learn how a periscope works and it can be used in so many places.

Blog Post Analysis 2020
L.I To analyse our blog post data to help us set blogging goals.
I used statistical information on my blog to help me set goalsfor 2020. Before I can publish a blog post I need to complete the task. I worked the average numberof posts I made for each month and used this data to set a realistic and achiveable blogging goal.
NZ Timeline
L.I: To read the information in the text, think about what you have read and form an opinion
For the past week my group The Kiwi group have been working on an NZ Timeline from way back to the 1840 - 2020. It was fun finding the information for the timeline's. It went from the treaty of waitangi to the on going coronavirus (Make sure to wash and sanitize you hands!) The our teacher (Mrs Anderson) helped us with the evaluation. We picked 3 most important things we researched about (Treaty of Waitangi, Coronavirus and women suffrage) and helped us use this information to form our opinion. One thing i've learned was to look at all the information before make an opinion

Cityscape
L.I To use prepositions in our cityscape silhouette
In the center of my cityscape is Temple Mount. The shiny round top reflects the sunlight everywhere in Jerusalem. To the right of Temple Mount is the Chistian Church (a very popular place in Jerusalem) and it is a special place to Jerusalem. In the background you can see the construction. Temple Mount is a religious site where Jews, Muslims and Christians come together.
Did you know that in Jerusalem they beleive Adam (Adam and Eve) was born, and it’s the same place where Adam built the altar. There are two reasons behind the Telmple Mount, One of them is for the people to worship the place and the second reason is to cover the Ark of the Covenant.

Today for assembly we had a livestream assembly due to the corona virus. I was in the tane group (Kapa Haka men group) and sang with the other people in my group on the livestrem. It was fun so sing in the theater because we were loud and pround when we were singing the songs.
