Swimming

Today for swimming we had to get into the pool with life jackets and learn about life jackets when we got inside the pool we had to put one hand on a shoulder and the other one on our mouth and nose I went last and it was fun doing it and we had to go back and sit on the side wall then we went back into the water and get into a huddle then we had to swim to the instructor and back then we went out of the pool.

Tables conga

For Tables conga I finished my 4 times tables and I learnt that I can succeed to know all my times tables so I can get smarter on my maths and multiplication then I can get smarter and smarter so I can do my division and other maths problems that I can learn.

Trenches

Today for inquiry Me and my group picked Trenches for warfare.

Narrative

Narrative August 

Once there was a skeleton named Kaz he was a hero who always saves the day but one day the most wanted villain called Doctor time bomb escaped from jail and invented a dimension machine so he made a portal with his dimension gun and went to a dimension and Kaz followed him through the portal.

When they went through the portal they were in the monster dimension so Doctor time bomb was causing trouble in the monster dimension he made a gun that can teleport things wherever he wants it to be so if you can put a car in front of you and saw a movie theatre Doctor time bomb can just teleport the car on the movie theatre so while Doctor time bomb was doing that he saw Kaz the hero and went to another dimension.

When they went through the portal they were in the scary dimension where there was creepy parts of them so they ignored them and went into a creepy haunted house they went inside and saw Doctor time bomb stealing money so Kaz the went inside and SLAM!! Went the door and a trap went down and trapped Kaz.

We was about to use his super strength but the door at the back of of him was unlocked then he saw Doctor time bomb Going into another dimension but even when he can reach to the dimension portal Kaz used his super speed to stop him so he went out of the house and flew over to Doctor time bomb and stopped him and Kaz took him to a high security prison that he will never escape.

L.I To write an interesting Character and Setting description.

Swimming

For swimming we learned how to say HELP!! out loud and put out our hand up strait but if you wave your hand you are just saying hello if you wave your hand. We had to partner up with someone in the group I was the first one in and the partner was a person trying to save me so I called HELP HELP!! and he had to get on his stomach and try to pull me in with the pool noodle after that we had to call HELP HELP!! in the deep water I passed then we had to change and go back to school

Sky Tower Trip

Today for Inquiry we went to the sky tower and learn about some things about the sky tower so we learnt that the sky tower wasn't just for people to walk around in  it was for communicating to others so you can call the police or something useful. After that we went to where we can see the view and we had to do a auckland sky tower activity sheet. For the sheet we had to walk around and find the names on the shy tower sheet but I was too terrified to walk around because i'm scared of hights but I got most of them. Then we went to the area when there is a fire the area had a watr fountin and a orange cupbored but we didn't get to open it but the instructor said it had coloring sheets. Finally at the end we had some questions that we had to awnser after the questions wewent back to school.

Narrative Planning


L.I is to plan a Narrative
Today for writing I had to plan a narrative about my superhero. We had to start with the first slide then to the other slide I had to plan all my things about my superhero.

Today for inquiry we had to talk and get into groups of three to make a slide about the Panmure Bridge and the for slides about the panmure Bridge

Swimming

For swimming I went to the deep side for the first time. So I went to the deep side I learned how to do a star fish float the instructor said just relax when you do the star float so I relaxed and I made it to the other platform. Then we had to go deep in the water then the instructor said "when you are going deep under water make sure there is no one above you or below because when someone it above you, you might hit your head in their stomach and you might hurt you head."after the talk we had to do it to the other platform then back. when we finished we had to go to the platform by doing something we learned it did the star fish float then got out of the water and changed.

Kiwi can


For our energiser we played snatched when we played we had to put a tag in our pocket and the other people had to take the tag out of our pocket. We talked about setting goals. People were saying that they wanted to be a doctor and working for the SPCA. After we talked about that we got strait into our second game ball trouble.The way we played this game was to choose a partner and it had to be a girl and boy together.Mr matt and Mrs lily had to tell us a body part like our forehead then we had to travel across the class room with the ball in the same place, We had to walk there and back with the ball in the same position. My team was team 2 and we won.
